Booking & Cancellation Policy
We know travel plans can change, so we've tried to keep our booking and cancellation policy as clear and flexible as possible. By booking a trip with Moujy, you agree to the following terms.
Booking & Deposit
A deposit is required to secure your place on the trip. The deposit amount may vary from one trip to another, and each trip will also have its own refundable period. These details will always be shown clearly before you book. After the refundable period ends, the deposit may become non-refundable.
Payment Schedule
Each trip may have a different payment schedule depending on the destination, suppliers, and trip arrangements. Your payment dates and amounts will be shared with you before booking, and we kindly ask that payments are made on time. If a payment is missed, Moujy may cancel the booking.
If You Need to Cancel
We understand that sometimes plans change. Each trip has its own cancellation and refund schedule, which will be shown clearly before booking. The earlier you cancel, the more flexibility we may have to refund your payment. Please note that any costs already paid to hotels, dive centers, transportation providers, permit authorities, or other partners may be non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund.
Transfer Your Booking
If you can no longer join the trip, you may transfer your booking to another person. The new participant must meet the trip requirements, and the transfer must be accepted by the relevant trip partners. Any additional transfer or name-change fees charged by suppliers will be the customer's responsibility.
If Moujy Cancels the Trip
If Moujy cancels the trip, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid to Moujy. We are not able to cover independently booked expenses such as flights, visas, additional accommodation, or other personal travel arrangements.
Flights
Flights are not included unless clearly stated on the trip page. We recommend booking flexible travel whenever possible and allowing enough time for connections, transfers, and diving no-fly limits. Moujy is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, missed connections, or schedule changes.
Travel & Diving Insurance
Travel and diving insurance is required for all Moujy diving trips. Your insurance should provide suitable coverage for diving activities, medical emergencies, evacuation where applicable, trip interruption, and cancellation. It is your responsibility to make sure your policy provides the right level of coverage for your trip.

If the terms shown on a specific trip page are different from this general policy, the trip-specific terms will apply.
